DESCRIPTION:The Granby-Simsbury Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Hartford Lending Hands again this year to help make the holidays merry and bright for over 30 families who have requested help. \nBusinesses and community members are welcome to adopt either 1 family member\, a whole family or multiple families or family members. A Wish List will be sent to you by email once you have made your selection and you may purchase gifts at your discretion using the Wish List as a guide.  \n\nIf you choose to adopt 1 family member\, please select that member from the list of families below. If you choose to adopt a whole family\, please select each family member individually. The families/family members are removed from the list once selected & the form has been submitted.\n\nPlease deliver all gifts to the Granby-Simsbury Chamber of Commerce office located at 720 Hopmeadow St\, Simsbury (diagonally opposite the CVS in the Fitzgerald's plaza)\, no later than December 14th by 4pm. \n\nGifts must be unwrapped.
