Grace Cloutier, renowned Harpist, and Lucky Gut yoga teacher, Elise Cusimano, pool creative energy from their respective crafts into an immersive, on-the-mat practice guaranteed to awaken the vast universe that exists beneath the layers of your skin.

Option 1 is a full experience of movement & music. Limited spots. Please bring your own mat and blocks. Blankets will be provided.
Option 2 is a music only experience. Limited spots. Comfortable seating & blankets provided.
