We accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna , Anthem Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, Medicare Part B, ConnectiCare, UnitedHealthcare Advantage for individuals age 65 and older
Self-pay is available by cash or check.
Regular-dose vaccine (ages 18+): $50; High-dose vaccine (ages 65+): $100
