We offer a coach led class for an hour at 11 am\, the last Saturday of every month for families looking to have some fun and get exercise with their kids! We have kids of varying ages and abilities. Great opportunity for socialization for children\, we have kids from two years old to pre teens! It is quite the unique experience. Lots of laughs and fun to go around all the while getting exercise. This class is a great way to help show your kids the importance and benefits of working out from a young age! Lets cultivate a healthy relationship with ourselves and our children!
