Make healthy dinners effortless with Registered Dietitian Lisa Cooperman MS, RDN. In this hands-on freezer meal workshop, prepare 4 family-size freezer meals: Greek meatballs with green beans, honey sesame chicken, Mexican lasagna, and sausage, greens & beans. Bring your own meat- shopping list provided via email. One child (ages 8–18) may join to help prep. An additional adult may assist for a reduced $25 ticket. Email us upon booking to coordinate if an additional person will be joining.
