Live Harp Music with Meditative Movement

Two instruments capable of deep resonance, the harp and gentle movements of the body join together in this 75-minute class blending flowing, familiar yoga movements in tandem with Live Harp music.

Grace Cloutier, renowned Harpist, and Lucky Gut yoga teacher, Elise Cusimano, pool creative energy from their respective crafts into an immersive, on-the-mat practice guaranteed to awaken the vast universe that exists beneath the layers of your skin.

As movements and melodies meld together, the experience you can expect is one of deep support and held space alongside lulling rhythms.

Choose from 3 options:

Option 1 is a full experience of movement & music. Limited spots. Please bring your own mat and blocks. Blankets will be provided.

Option 2 is a music only experience. Limited spots. Comfortable seating & blankets provided.

Option 3 is a live-stream option where you can hear the harp melody from your own space, following along with the movements Elise brings.
