Valley EntreprenHERS presents:
Imagine stepping into a space where you can truly let your guard down and play. No judgement. No getting it “right” or “wrong” - simply exploration and laughter. Playing isn’t just for kids—it inspires new ideas, helps us solve problems, invites us to be present/focused and shifts our energy. As you dive into these theater games, you’ll start to notice how your perspective changes, how you connect and how it feels to be courageous. As a business owner, you are a creator! Spending time out of your comfort zone through play can impact how you’re choosing to show up in the world and also elevate your vision of success.
A veteran of the entertainment industry, Rebekah’s expertise is in effective communication, confidence building, powerful presence, creative thinking and stepping courageously outside of the comfort zone (particularly in the face of setbacks). In her 10+ years as an ICF certified coach, she has worked with professionals from a variety of industries to rewrite unproductive narratives, maximize time/energy and take bold action. As a workshop facilitator she brings fun, safety and depth to the mastering of “soft” skills. Rebekah has a playful, warm, and driven approach. She delights in metaphors, lists, the “moment” and faith and seeks a balance between intuition and goal setting. She loves movies, racquetball, and Zumba and lives in Simsbury, CT with her husband, 2 college kids and their rescue pup, Wally.
