Join us on June 2, 2026, from 5:00–7:30 PM at the picturesque Holcomb Farm in Granby for the inaugural Taste of the Valley—a vibrant new celebration of food, drink, and community in the Farmington Valley.Presented by the Granby-Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, this first-of-its-kind event brings together an exciting lineup of local restaurants, bars, food markets, and specialty shops, all showcasing the flavors that define our region’s dynamic culinary scene.
With admission at $40, guests will enjoy a curated tasting experience featuring appetizer-sized bites and drink samples from both beloved favorites and emerging local establishments. Set against the scenic, historic backdrop of Holcomb Farm, the evening will also feature live entertainment and a welcoming, festive atmosphere.

The first annual Granby's Taste of the Valley is coming to Holcomb Farm on June 2nd 2026, bringing the Farmington Valley’s best food and drink together for one unforgettable evening. Guests will sample offerings from local restaurants, bars, food stores, and specialty shops while enjoying the beautiful farm setting. This new community celebration invites attendees to discover local flavors, support Valley businesses, and be part of the debut of what’s sure to become a favorite annual tradition.
