In this session, you’ll discover how to fuel your body throughout the day to maintain consistent energy & perform at your best. We’ll break down practical pre- and post-match nutrition strategies, explore how hydration & electrolytes impact performance, & highlight the most common nutrition mistakes that can lead to fatigue & poor recovery.
You’ll also walk away with easy, realistic habits you can use week after week to support consistent performance — no complicated plans required.
To bring it all together, participants will take part in a hands-on pre-match snack activity, making protein-packed energy balls* you can recreate at home. Come ready to learn, move, & fuel smarter!
